These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Permitio platform (the "Service") operated by Alphaxai Inc. ("Alphaxai", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service to submit fraudulent or misleading permit applications.
• Provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

4. Permit Filing Services

• Permitio acts as an agent to assist in preparing and submitting permit applications on your behalf.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided for permit applications.
• Approval or rejection of permits is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority. We do not guarantee permit approval.
• You remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations related to your work.

5. Fees and Payment

• Certain features of the Service may require payment. Applicable fees will be disclosed before you incur them.
• Government permit fees, inspection fees, and similar charges are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design) are owned by Alphaxai Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHAXAI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alphaxai Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
